Advanced training course “Modern methods of using laboratory rodents in translational biomedical research”

Dear colleagues!
The Faculty of Fundamental Medicine at Lomonosov Moscow State University, together with the Association of Laboratory Animal Science Specialists (Rus-LASA), is accepting applications for the advanced training course “Modern Methods of Using Laboratory Rodents in Translational Biomedical Research.”
The course has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federation of European Laboratory Animal Science Associations (FELASA) and is part of the program for specialists performing experimental procedures with animals (FELASA A function).

The course consists of 50 academic hours.
The theoretical portion of the course will be taught remotely on the MSU “University Without Borders” platform. Attendees will have access to video recordings of lectures and quizzes on all topics. In addition, lecturers will organize remote workshops to answer questions from attendees on their topics.
The practical portion will be held at the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine at Lomonosov Moscow State University, located at 27 Lomonosovsky Prospekt, Bldg. 1, in two streams: October 21-23 and October 24-26, 2024 (duration: three full academic days). Classes are held from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The course fee per participant is 75,000 rubles. Only specialists (bachelors and masters) with higher education are eligible to participate in the practical portion.

— Education (university, years);
— Number of completed years of study at the start of the course;

After receiving your application, we will send you a package of documents for registration in the advanced training course at Moscow State University and further instructions.
